The above said AMERICAN PITBULL TERRIER is sold as a PET_______________, SHOW / BREEDER_________
for the total price of $__________________ A deposit of $___________________ is hereby made and the cash           balance is due to the Seller before this dog is placed in the Buyer's possession.  The Buyer understands that once a deposit is made, it is a commitment to buy said dog and is therfore NON REFUNDABLE.  Buyer will forfeit deposit and said dog may  then be re-sold if not paid in full by specified date being when pups are ready to ship or are 8 weeks old.                  

IS IS HEREBY AGREED BY BOTH PARTIES THAT THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS WILL BE MET THAT NO OTHER WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS ARE EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.

If this dog has been classified as PET by seller , to does not qualify as Show Prospect/ Show Quality/Breeder dog at this time of sale. This dog is being sold with FULL________________ , LIMITED_________________ REGISTRATION.

                                                                                          
Seller guarantees this is a purebed AMERICAN PITBULL, offspring of the previously mentioned Sire and Dam.              

 Buyer Certifies that he/ she is not acting as an agent for another individual in the purchase of this dog, and will not sell this             
      dog to any mass-producing kennel ( puppy mill) or buisness, or that this dog will not be used for any illegal activities.    
        
The purchaser promises to keep the dog in a proper manner. It shall not be kept permanently in a kennel.  If problems arise concerning keeping or training, or if the dog becomes seriously ill, the BUYER agrees to consult Breeder.  If it should        
prove necessary for the dog to change hand, the Breeder had the prior purchase rights for a period limited to two weeks.
Selling to a third party is permissible only after prior consultation with the Breeder, whereby the main considerations the       assuranace that the dog is passed to responsible owners.  This puppy has been bred by us and has been carefully and         painstakingly reared.  The parent animals were mated with the aim of breeding good and healthy puppies. Seller guarantees
this dog to be free of communicable diseases as appears to the eye at the time of sale.                                                      

At the expense of the BUYER, this dog should be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of possession to validate Health Guarantee. (If purchased on a Saturday this requirement is extended through the following Monday.) Should this dog be found in ill health, the cause of which is clearly attributable to the Breeder, this dog may, upon written diagnosis from a veterinarian, be returned to Seller for another dog of equal value, if no dogs available then a refund of purchase price , the choice to be determined by the Seller.                                                                                         

No other warranties are expressed or implied unless explained by Seller below:

In the case of puppy being sold as a pet, the new owner will provide proof of spay/ nueter by the age of 8 months . Where
then Seller will turn over full registration/ limited registration to the new owner.

Buyer releases Seller, Topdogbullies and Alisha Miller Berry and their estate from any and all liabilities, and or damages by fault of this dog after time of sale.  These damages include, but not limited to, destruction of property and or physical damage at any person or group of people.

This contract is made out in duplicate: the Seller and the Buyer each to receive one copy.
